Our state regulator directory is based on current regulator listings from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) and direct state regulator websites. We intentionally avoid hard-coding many fee and course-hour figures across all 50 states because those details can change. Each state guide links to the regulator that controls the licensing rule.

Descriptions of Colibri Real Estate are based on Colibri’s current official website and FAQ. Colibri currently markets pre-licensing, exam prep, post-licensing, continuing education, and professional-development products, with availability varying by state and course category.
Provider-reported figures
When we mention figures such as years in business, number of instructors, or students educated, we treat them as provider-reported statements rather than independent measurements.
